About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the B’eez Bistro website, any account you create, and orders placed through the website.
Orders
Orders are subject to availability. Menu items, prices, and availability can change, and B’eez Bistro may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in South African rand. Pay in person orders are confirmed when submitted. Pay online orders are processed securely through PayFast and are only confirmed after successful payment verification. Failed or cancelled online payments do not result in a confirmed order.
Collection and eat-in
You must provide correct contact and order information. Preparation times are estimates and may vary based on demand, availability, and other circumstances.
Accounts
Accounts are optional unless a particular feature requires one. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the website is prohibited.
Allergens and dietary requirements
Please notify B’eez Bistro before ordering about allergies or dietary requirements. Cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out.
Website availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
Intellectual property
B’eez Bistro branding, website design, and original content are protected and may not be copied or reused without permission, except where the law allows.
Liability
These terms do not exclude or limit any consumer rights or other liability that cannot legally be excluded under South African law. To the extent permitted by law, B’eez Bistro is responsible only for losses caused by its failure to take reasonable care or to meet its legal obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
